Whether we are facing a series of small annoyances or an utter catastrophe, resilience is teachable, learnable and recoverable.

The Inner Resilience courses guide you step-by-step through processes that cultivate more well-being in your life by strengthening your resilience so that you can respond skilfully to any adversity or disaster from your place of centred, wise choice.

The courses are deliberately spread out over time as a large body of research has shown that the nervous system and brain learn best through repetition of experiences little and often: small incremental changes repeated many times. Over weeks and months of consistent practice permanent changes are made in the brain and the nervous system and thus the behaviour.
